Revisions Policy
Spell web design guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. Revision count per request varies based on different package selection of customer. Customers will receive free revision count if the specified requests in the previous revision were not catered accordingly.
Refund Policy
The policy entitled for refund ensures complete amount repayment within 48 hours after placing the order. However, refund requests post 2 business days will be dealt case wise. In case of double charge or system error incidents the amount will be dispatched accordingly
In case of being unsatisfied with the design services, refund can be requested with 3 days of placing order. Order pursuance after 3 days will be assumed as satisfaction between both parties.

Final Product Deliverance
Once you finalize the artwork that you request from us we provide you with the complete standardized editable formats & source files used in the making of your artwork along with color codes, fonts and other relevant details.
Record Keeping
For your convenience, we keep a copy of the complete files used for the creation of your artwork and you can request the files at any point in time after the completion of the project.
Privacy Policy
We take strict notice and ensure all possible measure to keep details of customers 100% confidential. The information which is requested from the customers is only used for creation of the artwork and is not shared with any online third party, individual or vendor. No transactional details shall be entertained via phone, email or via chat. For the financial transaction we provide Secured Interface to all of our customers to make the payment on their own with the SSL locking. The information is only used for charging the requested services.
Ownership Of Artwork
In case of refund or any form of order cancellation, the complete rights to use the artwork will be restricted; meaning that you will no longer be able to use the files received from Spell Web Design for the pursuance of request. Any use of services after order termination will be considered illegal & will be dealt with accordingly on lawful terms.
